Furthermore, if the user arief forgot the password, admin can redefine password using the smbpasswd again, but without option -a:

Then how user arief want to change the password?
User arief who use Windows can use Putty to login to Linux. Once logged in he can run the smbpasswd only, without option:

$ smbpasswd

Password changed for user arief

With that command, will also automatically change the password on Linux system.

How user arief login from Windows to Samba?
In Windows could be through the Start menu, Run:

\\blankon\arief

Windows will ask for username and password. Then it seems already to understand.

Regarding printers, admin can add a printer in blankon as usual via the menu System, Administration, Printing, New. Windows will automatically recognize through Network Places, Workgroup, blankon. Of course, Windows must have a printer driver in question.
